Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, Joe Mungovan, Charm Of Finches, Gatecreeper and more live in Wollongong this week

The laid back psych pop sounds of The Velvet Trip kick off this week's live music at La La Las on Friday April 5th, while also on the same night, indie folk act who have anew album out soon through Spunk play at the Railway Hall in Thirroul.

Saturday sees Kiama singer/songwriter Joe Mungovan launch his brand new album at La La Las, while if you are after something a bit heavier on the same night, Sydney's Fangz play a free show at Dicey Rileys. If you are into some retro sounds, 80's Australian favourites Boom Crash Opera and 1927 take to the Anita's Theatre stage on Saturday night. 

Also happening in Thirroul on Saturday at Franks Wild Years, prolific Melbourne singer songwriter Snowy is playing with his band to launch his latest release supported by Nat Pavlovic and excellent emerging Nowra band The Sevilles.

Good time Sydney crew Truevibe Nation headline the Sunday session at North Gong Hotel this week, while over at Dicey Rileys on Sunday, Perth favourites Psychedelic Porn Crimpets take to the stage supported by Nice Biscuit.

The live music doesn't end on the weekend with US death metal band Gatecreeper hitting the stage at Diceys Rileys on Tuesday April 9th, while Melbourne blues favourite CW Stoneking is playing La La Las on Thursday April 11th.
